per Magpul these have been something they have been trying to make for awhile but were having a bunch of design issues and their release during the current gun control push is a coincidence. Not to mention the limit on capacity in place for many hunters.

We had no idea wed sell 1000 10rd mags in an our. We anticipated them taking a week to sell out due to them being so low cap.
