Magazine Capacity ?

Under the old rules max was 20rds but you could own mag's of greater capacity if you purchased, and received them out of state and transported them back yourself.

Under the new upcoming rules can you do the same with mag's with greater than 10rds?

Also it is my understanding that my current 20 and 30 round mag's will still be legal to possess after Oct. 1.

Yes all the same rules just instead of the max being 20 they dropped it to 10.

Very good. I now have an excuse to go to gun shows/shops in PA and VA.

same here for pa and de gun shops. pretty much get anything you want there.
