My only issue is the only way to be sure of UPS shipping is do next day or air and its expensive that way. Couple of UPS stores I've had stuff delivered to before gave me a "we can't accept mail from USPS and this is the last time we will accept delivery".

Midway, which I haven't ordered mags from (well, not >10 round mags) and had delivered out of state UPS ground shipping is a regular option.

So with Gunmagwarehouse I've always put in "big" orders to make paying $25 in shipping worth while.

I didn't know about the UPS stuff. I just have them ship to my brother and we meet at Cabela's in DE for lunch and swap. :D

Primary Arms will not ship >10 mags to an out of state address if you use credit card with a Maryland billing address. They showed that the shipment was sent but did not show up at the other location. After finally getting hold of a supervisor I found out why they cancelled the order. I had to call them to get my money back and have them not charge me a restocking charge. Asked them why they did not post this on their website and did not get a response. A year later I used a gift card and the mags were sent to PA without an issue.

Thankfully I have a good gun store close to my parents place in PA. A call a few weeks before a trip home usually means a few more added to the collection. 100% legal, although I do try to save the receipts just in case of a future law change.

Last time I bought mags, I drove to VA and paid with my CC. They don't ask for a billing address.

In my experience gun stores in other states couldn't careless where your money comes from. You will have trouble buying it on line but some will send you the mag anyway. even in states where standard capacity are illegal to own, people buy them out of state and have them anyway.

Sorry to burst your bubble. They don’t care about going after criminals. The only care about go after people that disagree with them.

That's is exactly correct and it has become quite evident with the recent unrest. they don't give a crp if the city folk shoot each other or carry. They just don't want the law abiding Americans defending ourselves or our property, churches, heritage, etc.

When Maryland starts going after real criminals I’ll start losing sleep on them matching the credit card transaction/billing address to shipping address.

While I normally agree with you, my good sir, I will take a small disagreement with you on this one. If you think that the Baron Von Frosh wouldn't hesitate to go after an otherwise law abiding gun owner on the basis of ordering a standard capacity magazine on line and having it shipped to an out of state address, I fear that you are mistaken.

They will not prioritize these sorts of process crimes by non-violent gun owners behind the abysmal murder rate of Baltimore city... rather they will focus on this stuff INSTEAD of addressing rapes, murders and arson. Such are the priorities of our Annapolis overlords.

This was out here a few weeks ago as well. Best way to buy standard capacity mags if you live in Maryland is drive to PA, VA, DE, or WV and get what you want. Some stores near the border carry extra mags or will order them for you and let you know when they are in. I have bought standard mags for my Glock and M&P this way. It really is the dumbest law ever. Just like the fireworks law. No one pays attention to it yet no one will repeal it either.

So 10 rounds is all you can get in Maryland,if i order higher capacity mags and have sent to say Delaware can I still use my credit card that has a Maryland address.

A friend of mine has done this exact thing. Ordered from gunmagwarehouse. He's done it a few times. Has them shipped to his condo in Delaware and uses his name and MD billing. No laws are being broken here and gunmagwarehouse has never batted an eye.

I work in VA but live in MD and I drive past Vienna arsenal all the time and I go there to pick up like 30 round pmags, they usually have them for around 12-20 bucks (depending on brand) and they have never asked me a question. Also really nice customer service.

Really? Doubtful on the mag issue. I hate Frosh as much as anyone but the MD AG (or any AG for that matter) has much bigger crap to worry about than someone who ordered mags online and had them shipped out of state. My personal opinion is that it’s perfectly legal to do so as the credit card transaction isn’t taking place in MD. JMHO

MSP has yet to pull me over asking me for a receipt for my mags and to make sure the credit card is registered to an out of state address. They struggle with doing what they are tasked to do, let alone above and beyond. When you start dealing with the criminals wake me up from my slumber....

And argument can be made that by sitting in his house in MD and placing the order them, that he made the purchase IN MD.

Up to each person to decide to worry about that.

I just order when I am at work. Which is in VA. :D

I generally order with my CC and MD billing address and ship to the office in VA. The only issue I have run into was with Numrich Gun Parts. I ordered 4 Suomi 75 round drums and they pitched a hissy fit, would not send and wanted to charge me a restocking fee. I got my money in end but I won't do business with them again.
