M1A Receiver

Time is running out and I'm low on cash to buy a M1A. Are there and dealers in MD that sells just the receiver? I assume if I have a purchase order before Oct 1 I should be safe?

Anyone recommend a dealer or gunsmith who sells the receiver who may have one in stock?
