I recently scoped my M1A and immediately realized that a repeatable cheek weld had turned into a "lower jaw" weld. The ARMS #18 mount secures the scope nicely, but quite high off the bore axis.

Anyway, I found this strap on cheek rest by "BradleyCheeks" and am really impressed with the construction and design so I thought I would pass it on. There is a piece of foam under the Kydex that keeps it from moving around and it is adjustable from 1/2"-1 1/2". I'm going to order another one for my Rem 700.

Looks good. What brand and what height scope rings are those?

    Night Force, 3/4", Titanium alloy.

I was going to repurpose a set of Badger Ordnance rings that came off my former PTR91, but they were a little too high. I like the shape and weight of these.

Thanks. I'm trying to get some ideas together for an M25 build sometime next year when hopefully the gun money tree blooms again. :) I've got most of the parts except for the barrel and stock.
