    They make us load mags over a piece of carpet in case a round hits the asphalt so it doesn't go off.
    Because gravity works backwards at their training facility and the light ends of the rounds will hit the firing pins installed in the floor (to prevent UXO hazards like enexpended 9mm on the floor).

    Or something like that.

    Yep. With zero video or physical evidence........hehe.

    At least I kept some of the evidence from the weird crap I've seen and can display it for amusement.

    I don't know how.you keep a straight face when you deal with people that dumb.
    I do it for the card. lol But, I see some of the worst gun handlers ever at these quals and I totally understand why. I play their game for 3 hours, shoot my however many rounds and leave until next year. Rinse, repeat.

    They don't allow red dots either. I don't understand that.
