He also sells cannon fuse. Definitely call 1st, but I know he’ll be open this weekend as there is a shoot at the fort. Nice little drive through the country. Look on the NSSA website, schedule your trip, come up and watch some of the match events!
B301, he used to have a policy of not opening until after the shoot was over. Has that changed, does he stay there all day?

    TIA

John, that’s why I said call 1st. Yes, you are correct he used to do that. Now, sometimes he’s open earlier than that. Typically he opens after the end of the 1st match of the day, but not always. I think it depends on how much help he has that day and if his help is shooting in matches later that day. As far as I know, all/ most of his help are his family and they are active members/shooters of the NSSA.

    That makes sense.

Just returned from a visit to Back Creek Gun Shop. I called and made an appointment showed up on time and met a kind and knowledgeable gentleman who helped me complete my purchase. They were out of fuse but he directed me to an online site and I made a purchase there as well. Very easy to find about 1.5 miles off rt. 522. Worth the drive! Call first! There will be limited availability this weekend if at all, they are involved with the apple blossom festival.

When available, I use a local (to me) vendor up in Maine. Good prices but you need to get 10lbs to ship. Up until recently, they have been the only ones to consistently have BP in stock. I believe it is a Mom and Pop company. But it may actually just be "Mom" based on the shipping emails I receive. And FWIW I have found absolutely zero difference between Grafs brand BP and Scheutzen, so much so that I would wager that Grafs is relabeled Scheutzen.

Anyone else remember when you could go into a hobby shop in the mall and buy cannon fuse?

Graf’s website says it’s made by Wano in Germany, so the same manufacturer as Schuetzen. It says Schuetzen does indeed import it for them.
