Looking for MOE S&W M&P 15-22

I am looking for the S&W M&P 15-22 MOE Edition(811034). I live in Forest Hill, Harford County. I was reading online that we have to get the MD compliant model (811031) . Is this true?

Anyone recommend a place with good prices?

to be md compliant it will come with the 10 round mag instead of the 25 round mag. no gun shop in md will be able to sell the 25 mags or rifle with the 25 mag
