Looking for a good Pistolsmith

I have an early 3rd gen Colt SAA that I had converted from a 7 1/2" barreled 357 to a 4 3/4" 45 Colt for cowboy action shooting. Now I'd like to have it restored to it's original configuration. I have the original barrel and cylinder.
Anyone know of a smith that could handle that in the Hagerstown/Frederick
area.?
