Like the title says I am looking for some recommendations for a good primary care physician. I have United Healthcare insurance for my insurance coverage. The issue I am having is finding an MD that can help me with my EDS (Ehlers–Danlos syndrome) management. I have the hyper mobility type or type 3. Thanks in advance for looking and sharing any recommendations you have. If you would prefer to send a PM that is fine as well. Thanks again!

EDS is probably better managed by a physical medicine and rehab specialist rather than a PCP. I would consider having both a PCP and PM&R doc involved. Any heart manifestations?

No heart manifestations. That is a good point about the specialist, but since i didn't have a PCP either I was thinking two birds one bill and all that...;)

Start with Richard Zorowitz he is PM&R at Hopkins Bayview. He can plug you in with one of the PCP's and rheumatologists in the Hopkins system.
