A friend just bought a M&P 45 acp. I can reload some for him but need
at least 500 rounds of clean range brass with large primer pockets.
He lives in Winchester VA area.
Anyone know of a couple places for him to look?
    Help Please and thanks you.

In my range scroungings I do find 45ACP, but not much at the range I go to. I am slowly building up my stockpile of 45ACP brass as we speak, but in the future at some point, I'd be willing to send some your way. It might be 100-250, but it would be some to keep him going. I'll keep my eyes peeled for 45ACP brass for you that is once fired range pickups as I sort the bucket of brass I have. Fair warning, it might take me a while to get enough together for you to make it worth your while.

My suggestion for him is to go to the range and scrounge it here and there - it's amazing how quickly his brass stockpile can add up if he's actively looking for it. I started off by picking up 500 rounds of cheap, once-fired remanufactured ammo with assorted headstamps, and at this point I'm well on my way to 2000 rounds of 45 acp. Not the huge stockpile some people have, but I'm don't go to the range nearly as often as I'd like - I just scrounge up what I can when I go.

Thank you all for the response. It's not urgent need. He is checking some ranges.
I have some 451 bullets to start with.

Brassmanbrass.com and oncefiredbrass.com are good for once fired, looks like they are out for now, last batch of brass I got was from Amazon.
