Logging into MSP Licensing

Actually logging on isn't an issue it's the automated emails that are FUBAR

All I need to do is reset my password and can't get the email to do so

If you don't use the MSP portal for 30 days you have to change the password.

Originally you were allowed to use the same password forever, but then John stole Nick's face and DL and used it to purchase a regulated firearm under his name. Now they require a new password every month to prevent the Face/Off maneuver.

Please instruct any applicant who has not received their account activation/confirmation email or their forgot password email to click "LOG IN" on the Portal home page and then click "FORGOT PASSWORD?" on the Account Log In page. They will then enter their email address and click "SUBMIT". They should receive their respective email shortly thereafter.

Thanks for the info. Their fix seems to have worked, I was able to reset my PW and start my application last night. Received the automated reset email instantaneously.

He responded to me at 11 last night telling me the same. At least we know one guy at MSP is working OT

unable to login to MSP Licensing portal since Hogan changed 'carry' . MSP says they are having problems verification of emails addresses and user names.

Anyone else having problems..
