Local source for a USGI 1911 frame?

Im looking to collect all of the parts for my MEUSOC 1911A1 build and I need a USGI frame. Im looking for one that has the "United States Property.... M 1911 A1 US Army" markings on the right side of the frame. This frame will be mated to a Springfield Mil-Spec slide.

Anyone that has a lead on one of these, please contact me asap.

Good luck with that. I believe Colt had some WWI reproductions marked like that. You could do a search for one but if it is an authentic GI frame in good condition you will pay some $$$$$ for it. Gunbroker had one in auction awhile back. It went for somewhere around $575 for the bare frame IIRC.
