Well tried something new when polishing cases. I bought a bag of lizard cage medium which is made of super fine walnut shells. Filled the tumbler and dropped in the .500 cases from the range. I also added 2 tablespoons of FLITZ polish. They came out with a mirror finish and best of all nothing lodged in the primer holes.

Yup. I have been doing it this way for years. Add a dryer sheet when tumbling away the media and it removes most of the dust.

I use a coarser version. Got tired of dealing with the dust. The coarser stuff makes very little dust and polishes more quickly. A little bit of Nufinish diluted with mineral spirits and I'm good to go.

That’s the exact way I go. Though I don’t add any mineral spirits to the nufinish.
