Having spent several years working as a PA in Hepatology/Gastroenterology, I can say this; GET THE GUN--insurance, Medicare, etc will pay for the transplant which BTW costs much more than that gun

Liver is great, thanks for the concern. If fact it is better than most, being that Doctor Bob and Bill W. have been my friends for over 20 years now.
