Having spent several years working as a PA in Hepatology/Gastroenterology, I can say this; GET THE GUN--insurance, Medicare, etc will pay for the transplant which BTW costs much more than that gun :D

My wife and I need to survive so my kids can become adults. Then after that I'll have to bail them out of trouble as trouble appears. I need to survive so no Gatling gun for me. Relatives take care of them? No way, don't have any responsible enough to deal with them that aren't too old to deal with them...

I'll have to watch them at a reenactment...

Selling unused or duplicate body parts to fund expensive gun buying is common ;)

Yea... Doesn't everyone sell semen and blood to fund a purchase.
    (Not mixed of course....)
I tell you just before last October I was almost tapped dry.

    I hate when that happens.
    :D
