Probably the biggest way is to keep the Baltimore MTA from crossing the Carroll County line. For the most part, the schmuck citizenry will stay out.

Yeah, that and subsidized housing.

The way they are building out here, the place is changing fast.

Carroll County Commissioner Richard Rothschild stopped by the MSI booth several times during The 2012 NRA Great American Hunting & Outdoor Show.
He was a pleasure to speak with.

I have not heard that. I know that he ran for sheriff as a democrat, didn't win change to republican and won. Changing clothes doesn't change the man.
I guess I will try to give him a call.

Keep in mind that the western side of Maryland is nothing like the bloated center. Meanings and inferences loosely ascribed to party affiliation do not necessarily apply. For example, are you familiar with Blaine Young and his history?

Agreed, after having lived in Baltimore for ten years, I don't actually feel like I have to hide the fact that I own firearms. I used to wake up before dawn on range day just so I could run my rifle cases and ammo can to my car so my neighbors wouldn't see and ask questions. (I lived in a rowhome)

It still blows me away how we got gerrymandered into Van Hollen's congressional district and lumped in with greater Montgomery County...
