I was told that the D60(60 round drum) I purchased is illegal to have in Maryland, bought it from Virginia and drove it in. Is this true? or is it Grey and up for interpretation. They also said in Virginia you are not allowed to display 60 round or High capacity in Virginia.

    some other things and Highlights

    1. I would get arrested if I took a d60 to a shooting range in MD
    2. Illegal to be owned in Maryland

    Should I return?

That's pretty much how everybody in MD buys mags these days. Drive to a nearby free state, and return happy. Also completely legal.

Thanks everyone, I'll feel less guilty now mag dumping 60 rounds at the range.

I have bought over 45+ ar mags mixed with pistol mags in Virginia. Md did lose that part.
