I apologize if this has already been asked but I need some help.
I have an LAR-8 at my go to FFL, but my problem is that he keeps waffling about doing a cash and carry transfer. He keeps telling me he will but wants to check up on it again. The last time we talked it seemed like he decided that even thou its not listed and does not meet the copy requirements, he does not feel its safe to transfer unless its through the regulated process

So my question is are there any IP's that are accepting transfers that would do this as cash and carry?
It's his license and lively hood so I will not hold it too much against him, so I'm just trying to find all of my options before I have one last conversation with him.
