I recall reading somewhere here earlier in one of the forums that Rock River was not shipping to MD...or some such issue. Guess that is a non-issue now? Also on the RR web site the specs say this rifle's barrel is HBAR...good to go here in the PRM?

You are evil dude lol, knowing I was trying to build an AR-47 . Speaking of which MGI emailed me back, and said they have MD legal HYDRA rifles.....

lol ahh well, I have the L1A1 to look forward to once you guys are done with it . Maybe after taxes next year we can talk and order one of the MGI Hydra AK magwell ARs (maybe go for a pistol model?)

Yep, it's a HBAR barrel, so it's good to go. True, Rock River will no longer ship any firearms to MD, period- even AR10s. I've had to get a bit creative.

Whoa I thought the RRA AK47 was still in development, never thought Id see one in person.

May have to offload my 7.62*39 AR upper to put towards one.

Other than the 556R going out of production, I don't think anyone can really compare the two at this point....
