AH, you scored a Spanish Civil War!! I should have figured that one out. I wasn't thinking that it was "un-refurbed", I assumed it was pulled out of a crate and well used but that doesn't really make sense given the other evidence.

I think I would have figured it out if there was a close-up of the front sight, but you can clearly tell it's not hooded from your auction pic. This was fun, thanks for posting!!

Nice! Is this your first one? I would have thought you had at least one by now.
If so, then you still need an SCW Dragoon and M91 ;)

Need just a regular one too. :lol2:

Today I sold my last M91/30 that I didnt have room for from the large lot that I recently got from CAI. I now have the new M44 I just got and its just sitting around and soon this SCW needs a place to go... Where to stash it? I really dont have room anymore for rifles.

Maybe I need to focus more on hanguns for a while.

Snuck the last one in, prolly do the same with this one. Another reason to move to handguns, they are much smaller and easier to get in the house.

Tuck this one in your waist, gangsta style. She'll just think you're happy to see her.:lol2:

Now you know why I've been more focused on handguns the last year or two. At least until I can bring myself to start the hard task of thinning the long arm herd.
Congrats again on the SCW example. See what I told you about needing a SCW dragoon and M91? Don't let your SCW momentum fade!

I just kept expanding and expanding room and sotrage areas for rifles, but I just dont have anywhere else to keep them, if I want to stay married. I physically have to sell one to put another in its place and I just dont want to sell any of them as each Mosin is near and dear to my heart. Im torn... but still on the hunt for some dragoons. :)

Rifle arrived today. Its very nice. Proper sling hangers and notch front sight. Standard all matching less the bolt.
    Unrestored, un-sanded, w/ original stock
    Nice trench art. Maybe crosses?
    Zero import marks! Bringback?
