As I understand it the bill mandated that any gun control regulation had to come from actual statutory laws passed by the legislature. It prohibited state agencies and the governor from making executive orders on gun control, such as where on state property a person could possess a gun. I believe the particular fight inspiring this bill was an executive order from Hillary's Bitch Boy prohibiting people from lawfully carrying on many state properties.

Looks like the VA legislature is sick of seeing state agencies and the governor adopt rules, regs, and orders governing gun control, so it passed a bill to require that those powers be exercised only by statute.

McAuliffe, Dem anti that he is, and at odds with VA's Republican legislature as he is, vetoed it.

That should be extended to all regulations of any sort. There is way too much legislation by regulation.
