I got my 25 round mags through joebobs as rebuild kits. I also picked up a nikon p-22 scope. I could shoot the nuts off a squirrel at 50 yards.

I just picked up a 10-22 take-down for myself for Christmas.

Do the black dog mags work in these rifles? If so they're great and readily available.

No they don't. There is an adapter out that will allow you to use your S&W 15-22 mags in a .22 rimfire AR instead of the BDM mags. I have one but still prefer my BDM mags in that setup. But the 15-22 mags work like real AR mags compared to the BDM mags with their extended follower hold-open design.

Trops in Elizabethtown had mags last time I was up there. When I bought my 15-22 last year the original 25rnd mag was pinned at 20rnds, which was quickly unpinned once at home.

Just stopped at a shop on 13 in Laurel DE. They had a large amount of M&P 15-22 mags and 35 Round Plinker tactical. $25 for the OEM mags. Any know how the Plinker tactical mags are.

I bought my two from Amazon. At the time, there was a manufacturer's rebate for $30 on each Bushnell Trophy optic purchased. After a sale price of $69.99, no-tax, and free shipping, I ended-up getting them for $39.99 each.
