izmash bars-4-1 rifle

hey, any of you guys ever heard anything about this rifle? i cant find much on it at all other than its existence lol. i can find info on the zastava, savage and remington 7.62x39 bolt action rifles but not the bars. the reason i ask is that im curious as to what kind of accuracy and velocity can be wrung out of a 7.62x39 bolt action with standard ammunition out of something like a 22" barrel. the zastava, savage and remington all seem to have shorter carbine length barrels. the izmash website describes the muzzle velocity accross all three of the calibers for this rifle being 880-895 meters per second. that would be 2887-2936fps. that cant be right...can it? is it even possible for a 7.62x39 to achieve that kind of velocity with your average 123gr. or so bullet?
