Issue with Classified Feedback

There seems to be an issue with the Classified feedback with the new site. I left negative feedback on a buyer last year who clicked commit to buy and backed out. That negative feedback and description is now assigned to me instead of the person I left the feedback with.

I put this in the omnibus thread before. It's displaying feedback left and received as one

I reported it to the tech folks.

I experienced the same issue; however, it appears to have been corrected.

So, now I am trying to leave positive feedback for a buyer and cannot figure out how to do it. I am sure I missed this somewhere. Anyone care to offer a quick tutorial?

I have the exact same issues with a negative I left a few years ago.
