is there any place to get " law enforcement ink fingerprints " any place?

Contact your local Sheriff's office. (You may have to go to an adjacent county, or across state lines.)

I have used the Dept. of Public Safety And Correctional Services Fingerprinting (CJIS) located on Reisterstown Rd in Baltimore for my Florida Permit without issue.

CCBC, or UMBC PD? I got my FL prints done at UMBC. Process was easy and it was clear they do a good business at it.

St Mary’s county sheriffs department does, they require an appointment and they are great to deal with!
