Indian River inlet question

I am planning an overnight down in Lewes and was thinking about fishing the jetties at IRI.

I haven't been there in some years. Do you have to pay to park? Do I need to pay anything else besides for my DE fishing license?

I may hit the Cape Henlopen Pier if I have time but I know how that place works.

It's $10 out of state. That's for the whole day.

When I camp there, it's just the camping fee and fishing license
