These things are functional works of art and I'm in love! Unfortunately they are not cheap but the craftsman ship and time invested relative to the cost I feel is worth it. Some of these have 50 hours into their creation. All are 100% hand forged in house by their respective makers, none of that damasteel crap.
The first 3 were made by Dreamer Forge Knives who is local in Mt Airy. He, Vince, was on Forged in Fire and is a hell of a nice guy. I have 2 more kitchen knives coming from him within the next few weeks. The filet knife is not damascus obviously. You can find his work at https://www.instagram.com/dreamerforgeknives/
The next 2 pics are a slicing knife from Casey at Lynn Valley Forge in Canada. He does some amazing stuff with pattern mosaic damascus as you can see. His stuff can be found at https://www.instagram.com/lynnvalleyforge/
The last one isn't in my hands yet but will be in a few days. Charlie Ellis made this one and I cant wait to try it out.
