I have a buddy that needs a basic upper...

My buddy needs an upper in 5.56. Does anyone know where he can get one cheap? basically its just to get his feet wet in shooting and learning how to take care of the rifle etc. Hell even a used one would be fine... He would also need a BCG and CH.
