HQL Site Down?

Just went to go check on my HQL status and went to the MSP HQL site and it's been failing throughout the day. I checked at around 3 and it was down, then after work around 6 and now it's still giving me an error. I should have called the licensing department when it first failed, but with me still being at work I got caught up with everything going on.

Anyone else see this before?
