    You can file a voluntary appeal file with the FBI.
    I did this a couple years ago due to getting delayed on my NICS checks most of the time. They issued me a UPIN and it's helped a lot.
    Not sure if this is the route for you or not.Check with your attorney and see if he wants you to pursue this.

    Yes,i tried to do that on my own and it got denied but it said something about my.fingerprint card,so my lawyer has resubmitted it again.Fingers crossed.I just hope why all this happening i dont a 2am knock on my door especially when ive done everything the MSP had asked me to do.
