HQL Process update

Are HQLs processed only Monday through Friday?

I was wondering the same thing. Ohh well, not like I have any gun money anyway. I just don't want them to turn around and say my Live Scan is invalid and have to redo do it.

I think MSP Licensing Division is a M-F operation. I've tried calling on weekends and get voicemail or nothing at all.

ETA-I sent them an email and will post an answer when and if they reply.

Note: I scanned her training certificate for her. I ran into problems uploading it for her until I reduced the document size to a 1.6 MB file.
There's an obvious file size limit which gives an error. MSP should recommend a file size limit on their website.

I"ll call them to give a courtesy tip.

My MVA Photo and Training read incomplete since the 10th. I called today and they said they would look into it. It went active about thirty minutes after the phone call. They are into the 3900's now.

Got the wife's started Friday. She's got all but CJIS and JIS completed.
Mine went the same way; those two took the longest.

Pretty soon we'll be surprising each other with new handgun purchases.

CJIS and JIS both say incomplete. Anyone else get this?

Wow! That was fast. I applied last Friday and the website says my license is active today. Do I have to wait until I get the license in the mail, or can I just give the license number to the FFL dealer?

Got call from MSP today, 12/20 that they are still waiting on my livescan. Which makes no sense since the trooper said they get it from CJIS, yet CJIS already says "completed" on my checklist.

My wife did her prints on Tuesday (12/17) they are saying they were not completed. What is up with that and how long have they been taking?
