HQL Online Help

One of my employees received his approval for his W&C permit last Friday and was attempting to get his HQL and is having difficulties navigating the online process. He sent me this screen shot, said that it appears that the site doesn't recognize his instructor's QHIC number.

I've got nothing, hoping some of the smart folks here will weigh in.

That is what I did, too. Also, I uploaded ZERO documents on the document page. Got the HQL a few short hours later.

Stove are you sure those letters go in the space and not just the numbers?
I’m one who got my HQL after my W&C. The MDS link about was helpful.

Same. I followed the MSI instructions and got it in less than 24 hours.

That worked, just filled out the online thing with him on the work computer.

I have been trying for about 5 days to get my HQL after getting my HGP.

The site is beyond screwed up.

I finally realized I had to create a new account, after already being logged in with my existing account, and I submitted an application for my HQL.

Day after day after day, the application status is "Pending,"

So today I realize I somehow seem to have applied, or had my application entered as "Firearm Services", which seems to require more documentation.

I want to void whatever application they have and start over, but the entire site is just FROZEN for me. I have tried repeatedly to start a new application, but when I click "Register" nothing happens. The page is frozen.

I have tried everything. I just tried an entirely new account for the portal log in, new email, passwords and everything. But I can't change my drivers license number, so it wont let me do that.

I am going to have to take time off work on Monday to telephone them it appears. I am really getting furious about this.

As far as I know, I have done everything right.
