HQL now added in MSP portal

I just observed there is a new section in the MSP licensing portal for HQL (Handgun Qualification License). Suppose that means now the older HQL site is going away soon?
Finally all of these are in one place.

When I hit the Start HQL button it just takes me to the old login page on the MDSP website, I tried because I was curious why it didn't have a current active license info and just had a start new.
