HQL Fingerprint in Salisbury area?

Can anyone steer me in the right direction as to the easiest and least expensive way to get fingerprinted for a MD HQL in the Salisbury area? My son has a Hunter’s Safety card, I assume this is still good to exempt him from the training class. Anything else I’m missing besides the application? Thanks in advance.

Hunter safety is GTG for your son.

Check the MVA in Salisbury, according the DPSC website they offer it by appointment.
