Applicant asked why MSP ignored peace order. MSP has no input as to that issue.

Peace order thing is a bit strange. Documentation may have gone elsewhere. What is an applicant to do with a peace order.

Board member says send send return receipt. Stevi Ambrose says that she does not send anything to MSP until date is set for hearing.

Applicant asks why MSP did not give him the requirements. Board said applicant's responsibility.

MSP will add another business that was not included. MSP said no threats provided. Modification needs to be reviewed.

Warren Alperstein- he’s a criminal law attorney in Baltimore City. I went to law school with his brother.
