How to add HQL to Carry Permit?

It's wild the wait time lengthened so much. I got my carry permit at the end of July and the hql came electronically the next day after I submitted it.

Agreed. Clunky indeed. Wish they would place that form in the portal. It's also a crapshoot if the HQL website is up not

I hope i didn't mess up i submitted mine yesterday. I just put the carry permit number on it and expire date. I didn't submit any documentations with it.

Thanks. It came through in about two weeks. Now I am waiting for the 77R to process.

Caveman same as what I did
Used carry permit number as qualification.
No additional finger prints,ect. Took about 2-3 weeks if I remember till receiving approval e mail. You did’nt mess up

2 to 3 weeks OMG I just want to get my gun. LOL I remember back in the old days you just walked into the store and picked one and walked out. That was so much easier.

You should see the old HQL cards (the physical, plastic cards) if you want to see something that looks like it came straight from the 90s.
