My age is the easy part - I'm 38.

    As for what I do....

For my day gig - the job that brings home the bacon - I'm a SQL Server DBA, but that's not really "what I do."

First and foremost, I'm a musician - I play trumpet and drums, and I'm a former Army Bandsman. (trumpet) I do that almost to a fault on the side - I play and sing in a wedding band on the weekends (trumpet) and I play drums for my church's worship band. This is all on top of being a husband, father, homeowner, dog owner, etc.

First started target shooting several years ago with a borrowed H&K VP70Z.
Started again this past March with the purchase of a H&R #929 revolver.
Liked it so I bought a Ruger Mark III Hunter
Most recently bought a used Marlin Model 60 and Bushnell 3-9 X 40 Scope.(really not the right scope for a 22 rifle but what the hell...?)
I'll continue shooting at Elk Neck but also plan to join Delta Peachbottom next year.

28 years old, mechanical engineer by education, accident investigator and consultant by profession.
I work within .22lr range of 3rd-go-around and a stones throw from The Armory. :innocent0

Have always liked guns, owned a few when younger, got back into them last year with a Sig pistol and now starting an AR build. :gun1:

Highlight this year was the Oct. shoot and firing the Ma Deuce! ...

I just hit the half-century mark. I spend my days as an engineer and project manager/consultant for your favorite space agency helping to make sure that we can communicate with the stuff that gets launched into space. My interests in guns are pretty wide-ranging ... I enjoy rifles, pistols, and shotguns.
