Wonder why some people go into second review?
Wonder how they can loose so much paperwork?

I made this representation of the MSP process.

He's saying the very same thing Ed Degrange was saying, but Ed was ignored.

Ed complained "You just said the same thing I did, but you did this (waved his hands side to side)", and Frosh says, "No... I did this."



Either that, or he was demonstrating how he spanked Smokey....
