How long to fax a document

How long does it normally take for MSP to fax approval to a FFL? MSP said that my application was approved on 7/17 however, as of yesterday, my FFL had not seen it. Crazy it takes atleast a week to fax a document.

If the fax got lost in the shuffle, the FFL can just call MSP and get the NICS number.
