At least cut a little notch out from the top of that slip on grip (big no no) under the mag release on both sides, so that when that grip rides up at the most inopportune moment, it might not cover the release. Yeah I know, you're gonna tell me that it won't ride up.
Nah, what I typically do on the 19's is cut some off the lower portion and slide it a little lower, just didn't get around to it. Your recommendation is noted. At least cut a little notch out from the top of that slip on grip (big no no) under the mag release on both sides, so that when that grip rides up at the most inopportune moment, it might not cover the release. This accessory has been on every one of my Glock 17's and 19's for over 20 years. I don't think my draw would feel natural after all this time without it. The slight swell fills my hand perfectly and I've never experienced the finger misalignment issue. I don't use them on the larger frames like the G20 and G21 as they fill my hand just fine without.Meh. Delta buddy I worked with says to never use them. I don't. I know some people are hell bent on using them (for whatever reason), so clear the mag release as much as possible.
I know for me, finger groove anything is a hinderance. When doing quick draws, your hand does not always go to the exact same spot every time, especially if you are moving and drawing. When your fingers aren't placed "where they should be", you adjust your grip to satisfy the slip on, and you waste precious time and dedicate thinking time to something you never needed to be distracted by in the first place.
It's your shoot. Shoot it they way you think best.

No. I still find it odd that your fingers have never been "out of place" using them either.lol I've got 10 years and A LOT of drawing experience and I have them on all my current carry glocks. I literally shoot 5X better with the slightly bigger grips.
Does that count for something?
Seatbelt female end rips them getting in and out of the car so I gotta buy a new one every few years but otherwise I love them.

Good for you too. Maybe it's just the grips for the Sigs it only happens with. Who knows.
No that was my point. We tried them at work for awhile and no one liked them. You use ‘em on your Sig?
Can’t say I’d need ‘em on my 226. Fits my hand good like it is.

Hundreds of thousands of less draws you silly prickMeh. I'm surprised after drawing and shooting training with these for 20 years you haven't experienced what I have. Crazy.
Had those on a Ruger P89 long ago, didn't like them either. They definitely feel different than the Handall. No that was my point. We tried them at work for awhile and no one liked them.
These were the screw on finger grip panels.
