Let us know when you have to register which gun you are going to carry with your permit. The 77r is a "voluntary" firearms registration. You know good and well that the law enforcement agencies in the state have access to the database with all of this 77r data.
Sworn troopers don't do many investigations now (often they use retired troopers), and there is no law or reg that says that the MSP has to do interviews. The statute merely requires an "investigation." It does not spec. the type of investigation. How can they possibly meet the 90 day requirement for issuance given their current staffing levels? I know they are hiring admins to process apps, but a sworn trooper must conduct interviews as I understand it

I think it'll take 2 cycles. Plus it sounds like they may try (stupidly) to have a special session between now and January.I so hope so. I hope there is nothing more to worry about regarding the 2A in Maryland. Might want to give it a year though to see what the General Assembly is going to try next session. Maybe, just maybe, it might finally get through to people that the gun is not the problem and that the problem in these inner cities with high murder rates is vast and multi-issue.
I had shirts older than that until my wife threw them away.I got underwear older than that
Thank you for the offer Eric, but I can't attend. Perhaps another time.If you can make it (I know, fat chance) it would be my pleasure to buy you a corned beef sandwich (or any other of your choosing).
Even the great and powerful Mrs. Doc T will be there.
Frosh’s spirit must be broken.
I sent Froshole some Preparation H to help with the butthurt.Good news!
I must say Fat Larry's hypocrisy is painful to witness.
I have to believe Frosh is sobbing in a corner somewhere, forcing FLtWS to make the announcement.
Interesting,Just received in an email from Kipke...
Haven't read through it all, but while responsive it seems like shenanigans may still be possible??
This was my initial thought for those who possess currently " restricted permits"So how do we get any restrictions to carry removed? lets say if it was tied to job>
Haha Maryland isn’t doing shit for gun owners in your state unless they are FORCED too. Just is what it is.Interesting,
So Hogan is even more a piece of shit, his announcement was not about doing the right thing.
He was FORCED to change because of the unreported decision in the court of special appeals on July 1……..
Who was representing this guy? Doesn't seem like this was on anyone's radar.

I took that "FU Frosh, I'm not letting you're hurdles get in my way" route with my HQL. What I got out of that statement of principal in October 2013 is a card with a 3 digit number that I've used twice, since I'm mostly a C&R guy.But more to the point, this is a matter of PRINCIPLE. Yes, a principled position might be to wait until the deliberately punitive costs/logistics are lifted. But the wife and I see this more as a statement. There is power - philosophically, rhetorically, straight up politically, and in leaving a mark historically - in the number of new carriers exploding in Maryland as immediately as possible. Because all those new permit holders aren't going to create a bump in crime, as we all know. But their existence minus that effect is something the lefties don't want anyone to notice ... and I'd like to hold it up in their faces. The floodgate has been opened, and we have to - after all the work done and litigation/support money spent along the way to get there - make a point of being in the flood. We're putting our money where our mouths are, and fattening up those statistics as quickly as possible.
this happened to me as well. I actually had to create and entirely new account. Couldn't log in and it wouldn't let me reset. I tried for a couple days and it was the same BS. I called MSP for help and got nothing. So I made a new account and it works.I haven’t log into the portal for a few years now and forgot my password. However it won’t allow me to reset and keep getting an error. Is the website still down/slowish?
Training is booked at Guntry in two weeks, actually excited for the class haha.

Okay so maryland has a secret court that can make decisions but those decisions can not be used in other cases or motions. How is that legal?
