Out of curiosity what powders have you found more consistent and cleaner?

I agree it’s definitely dirty but it seems To fill out the case better than any other powder I’ve tried for reduced and sub loads. I would figure the better it fills out the case the better the burn would be?

When you want to fill the case more (good for preventing double charging) you need a less dense (fluffier) powder. You can compare powder density by looking at the VOLUME MEASURE DENSITY here is Lee's Chart:
    https://leeprecision.com/files/instruct/VMD.pdf

You still need to only use powders with the correct burn rate for that cartridge but when you are comparing powders with published recipes you can look them up on the VMD chart and see which powder will fill the case more. On the chart the higher the number the greater the volume that one grain (weight) of powder occupies.
