    Howard County police have charged a man with committing 23 commercial burglaries in the county since November 2019.

    In the 23 Howard County cases, which spanned from the Route 1 corridor to the western end of the county, police believe Swinson was targeting businesses to steal construction and landscaping tools.

    I know some of the business owners on that list.

    This guy has 77 lines on case search.
    It looks like he posted bond in April but is back in custody now.

    In the good 'ol days, he would be hanged. Having had all my tools stolen a few times, I would outright kill the fvcker if I ever manged to catch him. One time, I was walking my dog along the C&O canal. They not only stole all my tools out of my work truck, they stole my battery too! Left me broke and stranded(this was way before cell phones).
