Help with M1A rebuild (Barrel Headspace and Timing)

Anyone have experience or recommend anyone in Baltimore, Harford, Cecil co that can rebarrel my old M1A. I recently re-parked everthing replaced lots of parts and want to put everything back togethor but want to do it correctly.
