Has anyone seen the Ruger Americam Rimfire Heavy Barrel/OD/Threaded?

Looks interesting ! Wondering what the price is too. Is it a dealer exclusive?

Very nice and smooth rifle. OD green stock, accessory rail on top and threaded barrel. I think price was about $450 IIRC. Almost bought one in 22mag, but Christmas rifle for my middle son trumped my impulse.

Gun Connection had a bunch, but sold them, I think. I would ask Harry if he has anymore inbound. If I did not just buy a pistol, sights, trigger kit and rifle, I would have gotten one.

Gun connection still has at least one. I just purchase one on Friday. It's a much better looking rifle than the standard RAR with the black stock.

Its also a very good shooter.

Any update on the heavy barrel accuracy comparison to the standard profile barrels?
