    I like harford county ( I live here) - thier politicians actually have some intelligence

    not like the knuckle draggers that past the so called gun bill

    From what I read, it just means that no county personnel or buildings will be used to enforce the legislation, which by the way hasn't been signed. Where would county employees or buildings be used for this purpose anyway? Private contractors will be giving the finger printing, the state police will conduct the checks. Where do the counties fit into this?
