The cleanest best ran one is Hanover, PA.
I'd be closer to Cherryvale but almost guaranteed it will be a crapshow.

The Timonium store is nice. I go to Parkville since it is closer to me.

Harbor Freight still carries a lot junk but lately has been making a real attempt at carrying upgraded products…their Icon line of tools is very good…as are their Hercules and Bauer lines of power tools.

You just have to be careful what you’re buying there.

Wait until they've been open a while. That Chinese cardboard is where the smell comes from. Takes a while to build up.

The one in California in St Marys is clean and seems to be well managed.

I already packed up and moved my DeWalt angle grinder and then realized I needed one to cut the bolts off the basement floor that were holding down my safes. $9 for the grinder and $3 for a pack of cut off wheels. Got the job done.
