Ask the Licensing Division a question? Heck no. The permit has my name , picture and no restrictions. All i need to know. Did they shorten your renewal date??

Yes they did. By three months. Not my actual permit number but here is a example.

Front of card permit number is xxxxx1, expiration 7/31/2022
Back of card permit number is xxxxx2, expiration 4/31/2022

If all the numbers are the same except the last, that would indicate an second permit was issued.

What expiration was on the original permit? The permit expires the last day of the month your birthday is in.

You are correct to call them. The permit numbers and expiration dates on front and back of your permit should be the same.

Not only the expiration. The actual permit numbers are different also by the last number.
