Hey all,
I'm attending a handgun defense class, which entails a bunch of disarms/attacks against an armed attacker, at Krav Maga MD. I've been training with them for just shy of a year and everything they do is quality. All of the classes are interesting and useful as well as a great workout, they whipped my butt into shape. This is my first handgun defense class (they also offer long gun and edged weapon classes from time to time) so I will let y'all know how it is. If anyone out there is looking for a great self defense training/work out regiment definitely look them up. www.kravmd.com
I was wondering if anyone out there trained at kravmd or in another discipline of "no ******** self defense". If so what do you all train in?
