Hendershots does it and they are very affordable if I remember.
Call Tim Hafer, IIRC he also does cerakoting. His new shop is on 40 just west of town.
I know you asked about Hagerstown, but uphold may also want to check out bollingers in taneytown. They've done some bery nice work and post pictures in their IP section.
